Terms of Renewal and Cancellation

1. License Duration

The license is valid for 12 months, starting from the date you receive your order.

2. Expiration and Access to Data

  • After the 12-month period, the software’s functionality will be disabled.

  • However, you will still have access to your data to back it up before the license fully expires.

3. Renewal Notification

  • You will receive an email reminder 15 days before your license expires, giving you the option to renew or let it lapse.

  • The decision to renew is entirely up to you.

4. Renewal Process and Pricing

  • The renewal price will be the same as the original purchase price.

  • You can renew through any authorized reseller and migrate your data using a backup file.

5. Data Backup and Migration

  • If you’re switching to a new version (e.g., updating QuickBooks), make sure to back up your data before uninstalling the old version.

  • After installing the new version, follow these steps to restore your company file:

    1. Open QuickBooks.

    2. Go to File > Open or Restore Company.

    3. Select the option to open an existing company file and follow the prompts to complete the process.
